Do we sell new machines?

Traks does not sell new machinery, nor will it advise, or recommend machine manufacturers over each other. It is vital to the credibility of Traks Limited that we are seen as sellers of skills and support and not machines. Essentially, traks sells installation and after sales services to manufacturers and therefore cannot act as a sales representative for them.

What is included in the service?

The service includes, project management, layout drawings, CDM, Loading and unloading, shipping, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic installation, up to and including the testing of inputs and outputs. In many cases this also includes final commissioning.

Where will we work?

Whilst not wishing to place limits on where Traks engineers will work, in order to give the right cover for its UK customers, we need to keep our limits to within this area for the time being.

What type of machines do we install?

Palletisers (Robotic and layer types),Stretch Wrappers, Stretch Hooders and Conveyor Storage Systems. This includes safety guards, safety light guards and safe entry/exit systems.

What about service and routine maintenance?

In addition to installations and resiting, we also offer servicing and routine maintenance programs to help maintain reliability and improved production. We also offer a fast and reliable spare parts service and to service contract holders, a 24 hour breakdown cover with response times as good as 6 hours.
